1. The turbidity is used to prevent silt and debris from diffusion, which are created by dredging in harbors or navigational channels or construction of underwater works. In such occasions a turbidity curtain can be deployed to form a screen from the water surface to its bottom, which confines silt and suspended matters but can let the water flow freely, thus protecting clean areas from being polluted.

2. Features of turbidity curtain:

A solid fload rubber boom is used for the uppedr part of the curtain, it's middle of filter cloth or filter mesh, and its bottom is composed of a ballast chain; filter cloth or mesh with different mesh sizes shall be adopted according to specific water quality and hydrological conditions in the area as well as the treatment requirements set by the user.
